Functional medicine
Initial consultation
An in-depth first visit to understand your complete health history, lifestyle, nutrition, symptoms and medical concerns. Together we look for potential root causes and build a personalised plan, which may include advanced testing, nutrition, lifestyle changes and targeted therapies.
Follow up consultation
A follow-up visit to review your progress, discuss laboratory or diagnostic results, adjust your treatment plan and provide ongoing guidance towards your health goals.
Hormone health
Initial consultation
A detailed evaluation of hormonal health for women and men with concerns such as fatigue, weight changes, menopause, perimenopause, low testosterone, thyroid disorders or other hormone-related symptoms. Includes a comprehensive assessment and individual recommendations for further testing and treatment.
Follow up consultation
A follow-up consultation to review hormone test results, assess your response to treatment, refine your management plan and address any new or ongoing symptoms.
Patients outside Malta
For patients living outside Malta. Visits take place online by video, or in person when you are in Malta. In the booking portal, please choose the visits marked “Patients outside of Malta”.

Programs
Six months of structured, physician-led care with follow-up built in, so you are supported between visits. You will find them under “Packages and Programs” in the booking portal.
6-Month Women’s Hormone Health Program
A physician-led program to evaluate and monitor women’s hormonal health. It includes an initial hormone health consultation, the Regenerus Women’s 360 Hormone Profile laboratory kit at a reduced rate (shipping not included), a follow-up consultation to review results and begin treatment or hormone replacement therapy when appropriate, two further follow-up consultations and two virtual check-ins between visits.
6-Month Functional Health Program
A physician-led program to identify and address the root causes of chronic health concerns through personalised, whole-person care. It includes an initial consultation, a follow-up to review laboratory results and shape your treatment plan, two further follow-up consultations and two complimentary virtual check-ins. Advanced laboratory testing, when recommended, is billed separately.

Malta work permit health screening
A medical examination required as part of the Malta work permit application process. The assessment includes a medical history, physical examination, and completion of the required health certification in accordance with Maltese regulations.
MPRP examination
A comprehensive medical examination required for the Malta Permanent Residence Programme (MPRP) or Malta Residence Programme (MRP). The assessment includes a review of your medical history, physical examination, and completion of the required medical documentation for your residency application.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Full details are shown when you book.
